Our Training Sessions
Squad Sessions
All sessions are 90 minutes long, which includes a supervised warmup and drills session. For a bit of fun we always finish off with some relays and games.​

Long Runs and Minicamps

Depending on event schedules, we offer Sunday morning long runs between 10km and 15km.

During school holidays we offer full or half day sessions of fun for all ages. This includes an adventurous run, strength and conditioning work, and running focused games.

Individual training plans are offered on request to help achieve long term goals.

Individual and small group strength and conditioning training is available on request.

Event-specific training e.g. hurdling for steeplechase and plyometrics for sprinters.
