Our Training Sessions

Squad Sessions

All sessions are 90 minutes long, which includes a supervised warmup and drills session. For a bit of fun we always finish off with some relays and games.​

  • Monday afternoons - for younger athletes up to 11

  • Tuesday afternoons - group short interval session

  • Thursday afternoons - group long interval session



Long Runs and Minicamps 

  • Depending on event schedules, we offer Sunday morning long runs between 10km and 15km.

  • During school holidays we offer full or half day sessions of fun for all ages. This includes an adventurous run, strength and conditioning work, and running focused games. 

And A Bit More

  • Individual training plans are offered on request to help achieve long term goals. 

  • Individual and small group strength and conditioning training is available on request.

  • Event-specific training e.g. hurdling for steeplechase and plyometrics for sprinters.
